Successful and professional multi-unit field manager (District Manager, Area Manager & Regional Manager). Successful experience with company owned stores and franchisee owned stores. Successful at finding ways to increase sales, reduce expenses, reduce shrink, motivate people, find and develop employees, implement processes & procedures, and increasing profitability. Great with relationship building. Experience with both Wholesale and Retail. Very successful in these positions.
