As the Senior Recruiter for First Business Financial Services, a billion publicly traded, commercial bank and financial services company based in Madison, WI, I am responsible for the overall recruitment function. We specialize in financial solutions for businesses, key executives, and high net worth individuals through our operating companies which focus on commercial banking, asset-based lending, equipment financing, retirement plans, investment management, and trustee services. I have been with First Business since , and prior to that have experience working in Career Advising at the School of Business at UW-Madison, as well as UW-La Crosse. I have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Psychology from UW-La Crosse, a Masters degree in Educational Leadership Policy Analysis with an emphasis on Higher Education from UW-Madison, and hold my PHR Certification. I am active in several professional organizations, specifically the Wisconsin Association of Colleges and Employers, where I was President in and am currently serving as Technology Chair. I am also active in the community and involved in many service organizations, such as the United Way of Dane County.
