I am an award winning content strategist. I create compelling content that makes an impression and starts a conversation. Since my days at Exelon Energy, a Fortune company, I have become the "go to" person when organizations are looking to develop website content and digital strategies. I have the ability to take complex information and make it simple. Organizations I've assisted include The City of Philadelphia, PECOExelon Energy, Global Philadelphia, The Independence Visitors Bureau and Select Greater Philadelphia. I have led over ten website redesigns ranging from K-M in budget including an extremely complex redesign when PECO Energy, Philadelphia merged with ComEd, Chicago to form Exelon Energy. I was the business lead during that project and built consensus throughout the organization for adopting a more efficient and effective way to manage content, keep it current and explore content to improve customer satisfaction and streamline costs. Using web statistics and organizational goals, I crafted the Exelon Energy website content structure and branded the site according to Exelon standards. The look and feel of the site as well as the content structure are still in use today.
