I am trying to build great software for Lotus Notes and Domino (defined as software that a lot of people want to buy...). I use my own take on Agile development to make some of the best software available. The basics are taken from Kaizen, or continuous improvement. I never stop asking the question "How do we make this product better" and we are never satisfied with the status quo.
