Mr. Pearl was named as an Executive Vice President of the Company in February, 2006. Mr. Pearl has been a Managing Director and Head of US Equities of our subsidiary, Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. since June 2004. From 2001 until June 2004 Mr. Pearl was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Steinberg Priest & Sloane Capital Management, LLC where he was responsible for both institutional and private client assets. Prior to that, he held a similar portfolio management position at ING Furman Selz Asset Management and earlier was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Citibank Global Asset Management. Prior to Citibank, Mr. Pearl was an officer and Senior Analyst at BEA Associates, predecessor to Credit Suisse Asset Management - Americas. Mr. Pearl received an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
