I am a Canadian transhumanist philosopher, writer, organizer and activist. In I co-founded the Toronto Transhumanist Association and serve as its current president. I have been on the Board of Directors for the World Transhumanist Association and currently serve on the Board for the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies. In I was the organizing Chair for TransVision, the WTA's annual international conference. I am the current Deputy Editor for Betterhumans and sit on the advisory boards for the Accelerating Studies Foundation and the Lifeboat Foundation.
