Cindy Bell took over as publisher and chief editor of Flashquake (www.flashquake.org) in January of 2011. She has a passion for writing and photography. The Backpacker's Photography Handbook by Charles Campbell along with the wildlife photographers of Jackson Hole, WY inspired her to learn photography while homeless there for several long-but-memorable months during the winter of 2002/2003. These days, she admires the work of Freeman Patterson (www.freemanpatterson.com).
