In 2008, I had the privilege of representing the Davidson County Republicans as their Nominee for State Senate in District 20. I enjoyed meeting many of you, as with help from my family, I knocked on 67,000 of your doors. Because of this, the Republican grass-roots goals of my campaign were reached, even surpassed. Tennessee's 5th Congressional District is awakening to the hope of new era. The 2010 elections will not have the unexpected offset of the Obama surge voters. This can be our year. To secure a November Victory for Conservatives in November, the candidate to emerge from the primary must be qualified along with the experience and name recognition to win in the General Election. My race in 08 places me ahead of all other 5th District Republican Primary Candidates in the General Election.The most important person in this election is You. It is your vote, your voice, your volunteer effort and your financial support that will elect me to represent your fiscally and socially conservative ideas in Congress.
