My blog is about simplifying the process of parenting a child with multiple severe food allergies and EoE (eosinophilic esophagitis). My six year old is allergic to dairy (anaphylactic), egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, wheat, legumes, carrot, banana, barley, garlic and pork. I share my recipes, allergy tips, product reviews, my mistakes, and my emotional stress of parenting a child with life-threatening allergies in hopes of helping others. I try to focus mostly on the positive side of allergies along with educating parents how to raise their children with confidence, not anxiety. As for me, I'm a stay at home mom that is trying her best to raise her children with confidence, respect, manners, and tons of love while sharing all my tricks with the world in hopes that it inspires others to do the same.
