Im a multiple award-winning science and business journalist in Ottawa who writes, edits and tweets and also travels in search of space museums and events. I wear many hats as a freelancer. I'm senior writer for Universe Today and a regular contributor to SPACE.com, SEN.com, NASA Astrobiology Magazine, the NASA Lunar Science Institute and LiveScience. I've covered three shuttle launches, done a two-week simulated Mars mission, and attended many space conferences. Additionally, in I completed an M.Sc. Space Studies, enhancing my policy and technical knowledge of space. I'm now doing my Ph.D. in the same field.
