Melanie Williams lives. If I can simplify or change a task, Im SO there. I love working in collaborative environments and sketching on the whiteboard. I love meeting new people and challenging each other to create something better. My years at the start-up Collar Free Inc. allowed me assist in developing multiple software products and gave me the priceless experience of working with a small team, long hours, multi-tasking and of course, beers with the boss on Fridays. There is nothing like building a company from the ground up, I can bring all of my experience to the clients I work with today.
