She has over 17 years of experience in development, implementation and management of fitness programming and operations. Currently she directs all Personal Training services for Wellbridge's 18 commercial clubs located in CO, NM, MO, MD, FL, AT and MA. Amy is passionate about paying it forward and has been a presenter and author for the franchise and fitness industries for the two last decades.
