My main goal is to create irresistible environments by providing development, leadership and oversight to the Creative Arts Team and all creative processes at Grace Chapel. EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and oversee Creative Arts Community, Production, Media, Music, Resources and Visual Arts including budget and special events for Grace Chapel Plan and Lead Service planning team for worship services Plan and Lead Creative Arts Team Meetings Plan and Lead Evaluation Team meetings Work with Lead Pastor in creating the themes, big ideas, and direction of the Sunday morning Park environment Oversee the scheduling of the Creative Arts Community Oversee the overall look and feel (atmosphere) of the Sunday morning environment and other special eventsservices. Which includes Music, Presentations, Sound, Video, Lighting, Ushers, Room and Stage aesthetics, Parking Develops and Oversees Master plan for auditorium equipment purchases Plans, develops and oversees the complete Creative Arts budget Oversee the overall look and feel (atmosphere) of the Sunday morning Park environment and other special eventsservices Collaborate with the Leadership and Strategic Teams for growing and implementing the vision and mission of Grace Chapel. Lead, develop and oversee A community of professional and amateur artists coming together to create, challenge, and inspire each other. Our desire is to create a place for artists to encourage each other creatively and spiritually.
