After an exhaustive career spanning 18 years in the telecommunications industry, a change in my professional vision was beginning to take form in 2006 with an interest in the real estate industry within the Greater Montreal region. My experience within the construction industry has allowed me to develop knowledge on the three (3) types of construction, wood structures, steel structures and concrete structures. To this experience, a rather rare and unique experience was entrusted to me - the participation in the conversion of an industrial manufacturing building into a residential condo-loft located in Little Italy.
