With over 12 years experience as a designer, I have had the pleasure of designing for a broad range of companies. From loyalty marketing, to wedding planning, to one of the world’s largest server hardware companies. From local non-profit organizations, schools and real estate firms, to popular music groups and international software companies. This diversity in design projects has given me the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in a wide array of design styles. I love Photoshop and everything about designing for web, print and anywhere else you can put color. I am an active member of the design community and have spoken at events including: LaunchUp #7, HOW Design Conference 2009, PhotoCamp Utah 2009, TODCon 2007 & 2008 and the NAB Show 2007. I was also one of 7 judges in the 2008 Wiley Publishing Design Challenge. I participate in local design user groups and speaks at universities and schools about design best practices. I have been recognized by Adobe Systems as a Community Expert in Photoshop. Through this position I work with Adobe to evangelize and educate designers everywhere about Adobe products. I am also the organizer for Ignite Salt Lake, part of the O’reilly Ignite Series.
