A wonderful fact of life is that it's never to late to learn something new. Take two challenging and diverse activities for instance, learning to play tennis and learning to play the piano. At first I rationalize that it is preposterous to take up a racquet, or sit down before such a formidable instrument so late in life. Yet, overpowered by my own stubborn will to prove I can do anything, I faced each challenge staying the course. I do not concede all to will power though, good nutrition and physical stamina are my constant allies. I believe a healthy diet and physical fitness are strong forces that will keep you grounded when all else fails.
