I work as a technical writer at Microsoft, where I develop Help documentation for Microsoft Word--including articles, blog posts, and videos. In addition, I coordinate posts for the Word blog and Office-related campaign activity at blogs.office.com. I also write poetry. I'm also the author of two poetry chapbooks, and my poems have appeared in numerous print and online journals.
