Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Taxation from Florida State University. He is also a Notary Public, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) in Florida and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Joe is a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services practice and has been serving the Media and Entertainment industry since 2004. He has served a number of clients across the media industry, including television, radio, Internet, and mobile audience research.Joe also serves as the North Florida campus recruiting coordinator for the Advisory Services practice and overall campus recruiting coordinator for the Media Research Assurance Services (MRAS) group.Joe's primary focus since 2004 has been in television media measurement; including specialization in the performance of operational audits of panel based media measurement methodologies in accordance with the MRC Minimum Standards for Media Rating Research. He has worked extensively on behalf of the Media Rating Council (MRC) and is currently a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
