Joe Tobar lives in Carlton, Minnesota, but has also spent time in Duluth, Minnesota. He is an alumnus of the Central Lakes College-brainerd, Butler High School and Ash Grove High School. Companies in which he has a work history include Healthcare and Community Memorial Hospital. He's a big fan of Laid Back. Summer is one of his all-time favorite movies.
