Prior to joining Lucas Group, John served in several planning, finance, and development roles Vice President of Client Development for Raptor Networks Technology, a start-up hardware manufacturer in the network switching and routing space Director, Corporate Development Planning for Hanger Orthopedic Group, the leading US operator of orthotic and prosthetic (OP) rehabilitation centers Various roles of increasing responsibility in Strategy and Finance for the Walt Disney Company, culminating in his role as Business Manager of Resort Attractions and Facilities at The Disneyland Resort Preceding his time in business, John spent five years as Naval Nuclear Submariner with the United States Navy. John graduated Phi Kappa Phi, with Distinction, from the United States Naval Academy in , earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He was recognized for the athletic talent he displayed as a member of the varsity lacrosse team, being named Division I All-American and Academic All-American. John received his Master in Business Administration with Second Year Honors from Harvard Business School.
