WILLIAM H. MAXWELL, M.D. (Age: 67, Director Since: 1986) is a member of the Executive, the Compensation and Stock Option and the Audit Committees of the Board of Directors. He has been President and CEO of Maxwell, Kluger, Makaretz M.D., P.A., ENT Associates since its inception in 1973, working as an otolaryngologist (head and neck surgeon).
