In the summer of , I moved from the technology sector to become co-owner of Kushala Yoga, a thriving and dynamic yoga studio in Port Moody, Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows, BC. Yoga provides a practical foundation for overall well being and self-acceptance. I believe that there are benefits for everyone. Like any good thing, it requires work and consistent practice.
