At OPM, Kevin works on issues regarding performance measurement, improper payments, change management, human resources, and pension administration. In , Kevin received the Director's Award for Excellence - one of fewer than of employees awarded OPM's highest honor. Kevin previously worked for ICMA The International CityCounty Management Association where he served as compilation editor of the First Time Administrators Handbook and worked to attract young people to local government.
