After seven years working directly with Alex Mogharebi in the apartment investment market, I made the exciting transition to coastal residential property and investment property in 2009. I enjoy using the negotiation and marketing prowess I developed with Alex to benefit my friends, family, and clients in the residential market. I think the differences between myself and a traditional real estate agent would be primarily the sense of professionalism and the ability to tap into an unusually large pool of high net worth buyers, as well as the commitment I have to my relationship with people.
