I am a Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist that is mobile, and I travel throughout the San Diego area. I have been a professional therapist for years, and enjoy every minute of helping people have relief from restrictive and frustrating pain, whether they have chronic or acute problems. Massage is wonderful for people suffering from conditions such as neuropathy and fibromyalgia, it gives the client a reprieve in the constant pain cycle which in turn alleviates depression and anxiety. I recently became a Health Coach with Take Shape for Life, helping people achieve a healthy weight, form healthy habits that lead to sustained weight loss- all while having a free support system of TSFL coaches. My clients are my number one priority when it comes to my work, and I love to focus on the individual. Each person has a unique condition, or need, I find it challenging and rewarding to seek that out and help them achieve the amazing benefits of massage therapy.
