My passion for health, nutrition, and fitness goes back years. As an avid runner and constantly in the search of health and wellness education, I decided to take my passion and turn it into a profession. I started by getting my Fitness Specalist Certificate, followed by yoga certification, and then on to enroll at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition. I can now share my passion with others by supporting, motivating, and educating individuals on nutrition, fitness, and health. Specialties Working with individuals who are looking to better their health and wellness. I support and educate them on nutrition, exercise, and spirituality.
