My professional experience began when I was hired by Manpower as a Staffing Specialist. This work included coordinating applicants through the assessment process and matching qualified applicants to open positions within local clients in general office and light industrial positions. I truly enjoy working with all sorts of people, therefore my recruiting experience has continued to expand. I have been a recruiter for almost 5 years and switched focuses from only administrative and industrial placements to working IT professionals within a variety of industries such as; Commercial, Government, Financial, and Healthcare. My passion is helping people whether that is helping a candidate find the perfect job, the client finding the perfect fit, or anything in between!!
