With connections at many of the major news networks and outlets around Calgary and Alberta I have been able to establish myself as both a valuable employee and a strong communicator. Currently employed with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers as a Digital Communications Advisor, I am developing a digital photo library, strategically initiating new social media channels and overseeing the production of a new external website. Working for the Red Cross during the Alberta Floods I was on the front-line providing valuable information to the most vulnerable people, assessing needs and following through with providing information to case workers. Understanding the changing appetite for how people consume information I have been able to produce high-end in-house videos for a variety of clients to meet differing needs from internal communications to stakeholder relations and volunteer recruitment.
