I am a graphic designer/art director by profession but since being laid off in June 2009 due to the poor economy, I have been focusing on my handmade jewelry. My jewelry company, metalME? - jewelry with a cause, has several lines of jewelry, each connected to a worthy cause. My first line is called, Wire Whiskers? and 10% of sales from Wire Whiskers is donated to a no-kill animal shelter.
