I developed an interest in natural health and healing many years ago after experiencing significant changes in my life from my own share of health related problems. Anxiety, depression, eczema, sinus congestion, and addiction were just a few of the issues that I dealt with on a day to day basis. Eventually hitting rock bottom and realizing the only way was up, I gradually made improvements in my life which resulted in the person I am today. My passion is to help guide others towards a higher quality of living and to help them to realize the potential within. I look forward to sharing my own experiences with you here and helping you to feel great and look healthy.
