I have lived in Lake Placid most of my life and been in real estate more than half of my life. I own Brantley Propeties, Inc. a realty firm specializing in "Everything Lake Placid" from acreage and waterfront homes to small business opportunities. I am the property manager for Lakeshore Resort on Lake Placid, a 20 unit Lakefront condo complex, that rents, by the week and month. I am an expert in and on Lake Placid and the surroundings. I am married to my husband Steve Davis, a lifelong resident of Lake Placid. I have 3 children, Austin (18), Sydney (16) and Evan (11). I am an active and enthustiastic member of the community.
