I have been using computers all my life and have gained a great amount of knowledge in design, computers, and education. I am very passionate about computers as well as design. Throughout my teaching career I have achieved very high score on student reviews and have become an integral part of the college by developing classes, managing as self paced lab, and teaching in a number of different formats. At the University of Arizona I gained valuable experience not only learning design in a highly competitive design program, but by working actual clients and learning about the full design process. At the University of Arizona we worked directly with clients creating designs for web and for print, which includes corporate identities, web design, and print. I believe I would excel in Graphic Design because I truly find design a challenging and rewarding career as well, my teaching background offers an advantage in better ability communicating with people and learning new software very quickly and efficiently.
