Currently, I am a Produce Lead at Roundy's Inc. in the largest produce department the company has within Wisconsin. I support the department at night, when the Department Manager is not there, and I make sure everything is pristine for the morning crew to take over. It is my mission as a Produce Lead to make sure all co-workers are preforming to the best of their abilites, while teaching them better ways of performing tasks - all while still having fun. More importantly, it is my mission to improve current operations on a store department level to reduce and remove redundant, legacy, and vestigial operations and tasks to improve efficiency of the store department. While working full-time as a Produce Lead, I also attend the Milwaukee School of Engineering as a Software Engineer full-time, and have been performing my job and school full-time for several years..
