Phillip Warner lives in Nashville, Tennessee and a son Phillip 2nd, 26 currently serving as a Sonar Tech on the USS Monterrey Guided Missile Cruiser CG61. I am the Founder and first President of Branch 2345 of the NAACP here in New Jersey. This branch is entering it's 17th year and is on it's 6th Administration. I have just been re-elected to serve as President of the Gloucester County Branch ( #2345 ) of the NAACP, on Friday, November 21st, 2008. I am also a co-founder of the Gloucester County NJ Human Relations Commission and served as Co-Chairman from 1992 thru 1994 and more recently from 2003 thru 2007. I founded and served as program organizer for the first Unity Day in Gloucester County's history and have gone on to serve as Chair or Co-Chair of every Gloucester County NJ Unity Day held since 1996.I also founded the South Jersey Minority Chamber of Commerce and served as its first President
