I am a NYC Actress seeking roles in film, television and print. I am a retired NYC Civil Servant who worked for 27 years with the National School Lunch Program in NYC providing nutritional services to more than 750,000 youngsters daily. I am now an Actress in NYC. Since I joined AFTRA in 2009 and am working to become SAG eligible.  I have been cast in several short films, a print project for GQ magazine (May 2011 - Hangover 2 promo) where I portrayed a UN Delegate from Africa and a Educational Video for Kaplan ( Teacher for Smart Track) airing nationwide.  As an African American baby boomer portraying 40’s, my character flexibility includes Wife, Mother, Business Executive, Teacher, Lawyer, Judge, Mom, Grandmother, Maid and African International.   Last month I began my training by taking a Master Class, intensive workshop, with Risa Bramon Garcia and I am excited about future classes. I practice line daily and audition for any role that fits my type. My demeanor is intelligent and professional; my personality is pleasant and fun; and my work ethic is strong with no excuses. Your reputation is terrific and I respectfully request the opportunity to audition for you.
