Currently I serve as the Executive Campus Pastor for Saddleback Rancho Capistrano, a campus of over , people from different cities on acres in San Juan Capistrano, CA with an average attendance of , people over services, adult ministries, and small groups. Lead all adult ministries, leadership development discipleship, ministry leader discipleship, small groups, church budget, building property operations, strategy, and culture building. Previously developed and managed Saddleback Church's digital strategy for the PEACE Cities Global Church Planting Initiative. Leadership Assessment Evaluator for Saddleback's Cities International Church Plants Launched the Saddleback Church Fullerton hybrid campus. Led the LAUNCH Church Planter Training team. Developed, launched, and managed Commissioned Saddleback Church Leadership Academy. Responsible for developing and managing all marketing, social media, recruitment, admissions process and development, enrollment, and on-boarding functions.
