I have been with Monster.ca for just a little over years, and I must admit it has been quite an exciting ride I started in Monsters Enterprise Service department where I supported the entire Canadian Enterprise sales team and their customers. There, I spent about years learning the business from the ground up before accepting a position as an Account Executive for our sister company (at the time) TMP Worldwide. In this position for months, I project-managed the execution of recruitment campaigns. Following that I moved into the position of Client Trainer. This role allowed me to utilize my in-depth knowledge of the industry by taking on the responsibility of training clients on how to effectively utilize technology to save time and streamline their processes.
