Kyle Taylor Lucas Bio: As a public affairs consultant and state agency executive, Kyle has soundly advised clients across the full range of state and tribal government, legislative and public policy disciplines with focus upon energy, environment, and social justice issues.  Recognized as an expert in her field, Kyle thrives on negotiating and securing winning results for her clients. A well-established network in government and media allows her to hit the ground running for her constituents.  Advising governors and elected state and tribal leaders on complex public policy issues, Kyle has been praised for her ability to open doors, build bridges, and to move conflict from litigation to partnership.  An effective results-oriented strategist on state/tribal issues, environment and land-use, and social justice and human rights, Kyle has proved tireless as an advocate for her clients.  Active in her community, Kyle has served as a chapter and national council board member for the Alliance for Democracy, on the Washington State Minority Justice Commission technical team, as a Sierra Club chapter chair, as a board member for Northwest Chinook Recovery, as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, and on the boards of numerous public and private social justice organizations.  Kyle is a graduate of The Evergreen State College and she is a professional facilitator and mediator. She is a member of the Tulalip Tribes and the Lytton & Cooks Ferry Indian Bands, Nlaka'pamux Nation, B.C., Canada.
