Founded Daydream Investments LLC and started rehabbing / selling single family homes in the Houston area. Investing in Houston both passive (buy/hold) and aggressive (buy/sell), in separate markets. Real Estate Goals: Multi-family cash flowing properties, building wealth through real estate. Short term real estate goals for 2012 is rehab / sell 6 SFR, and purchase a multi-family complex.
