Clint Milusnic -- Certified Personal Trainer/Owner My background is in many different sports such as basketball, baseball, track & field, soccer (Olympic development team/international), tennis (Gold River), and I have always been active in running and swimming. I come from a group of people who like to move and don't believe training should be segmentalized. There for I train the body as it is used so that all movement is realistic. My approach is that fitness and living life is all inclusive and I believe you should enjoy something you have to do. Being active and healthy both mentally and physically is the key to longevity!
