Richard is a technical management consultant with backgrounds in several areas including Energy, Utilities, Marketing, Digital Media and Information Technology. His most recent work has been focused around Ontario’s Smart Meter Initiative, Toronto Hydro’s Smart Meter Program and the IESO’s MDM/R. He currently resides in Toronto, Ontario and works as a Project Manager at Toronto Hydro-Electric Systems Ltd., a Local Distribution Company (LDC). His current work consists of Project Management, Systems Integration and Design, and Solution Architecture. Richard's formal education was at York University where he graduated from the Information Technology program with a GPA of 8.3/9.0 in his Major (7.24 cumulative) and received academic recognition as part of the top five or six percent of the student body. In his entrepreneur endeavours, Richard founded VISMEA Visual Media Applied, a web interactive firm and TECH Professionals, an outsourced IT company.
