I focus on cost controlling project management, systematic process improvement, and problem resolution via root cause analysis. As "The Likeable Engineer" I work with diverse groups to create consensus to common goals satisfying the customer, making money at it, and having fun doing it. My Mission Statement My purpose is to use my passion as a problem solver to support and coach others to help them use their talents to work together to serve each other. In my volunteer work I help job seekers find their way back to successful employment by teaching them the tools and techniques I learned in my period of job search.
