Robert Schaefer graduated from Nampa High School. Earned his Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Idaho. Spent 1957 to 1961 in the US Air Force. A member of the Kiwanis from 1978 to 1986. Was a former Nampa Planning and Zoning Commissioner from 1984 to 1995. Is a member and former Elder Zion Lutheran Church and School. Robert is a former Nampa school board member. He also served time as a former Habitat for Humanity board member. Robert is married to Betty. There children are Robert Jr. and Christina.Currently serves on:Environment CommitteeEnergy & Technology CommitteeRevenue & Taxation Committee
