Sam Caucci has dedicated his entire career to the sports and fitness market. With hands-on experience across several sectors of the sports marketplace, Sam brings a wealth of sales experience and passion to the sports industry. From 2004-2008, Sam was the Director of Sales for Perfect Competition Athletic Development, a sports performance training center nationally recognized for its preparation of some of the most elite athletes in the world. While at Perfect Competition, Sam managed all aspects of sales and negotiation with dozens of pro sports agents for over 500 elite players from the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL & MLS. After Perfect Competition, Sam joined Life Time Fitness. As the Sales Manager of their newest NJ club, Sam spearheaded the sales/membership team and assisted in the opening and overall management of the 120,000 sq. ft. luxury athletic club. In 2009, Sam joined the corporate team at the Parisi Speed School. As the National Director of Franchise Sales & Marketing, Sam led the sales/marketing campaign for the fastest growing Sports Performance training franchise in the world, as well as directed sales for the Parisi NFL Combine Prep program. Sam’s most recent move was the founding of the Sales Huddle, a sports industry sales consulting firm that advises sales teams across the globe. With programs held across Asia, Europe and North America, the Sales Huddle has impacted organizations throughout the sports industry, including professional sports teams, pro athlete training facilities, sports MBA programs, and more. Applying an innovative approach to training and coaching sales, the Sales Huddle programs are changing the way sports is sold. Sam has guest lectured on sports sales at several universities & organizations. He has trained hundreds of students in his one-of-a-kind sports sales-specific internship program, and secured job placement for students within the NFL, NBA, MLB & NHL.
