I teach Martial Arts for fitness, personal growth, sport and self defense. The goal of the process is for the student to achieve a high level of self mastery, including physical skills, emotional balance and psychological self control. I have been teaching in my home town of Plantation, Florida since 1980. Specialties I can teach my students to achieve confidence in themselves through the acquisition of competence.
