I have been in the Mortgage Servicing industry since 1990. I managed various servicing departments and platforms for Mellon Mortgage while it was operating in Denver,Colorado. I work as a Software Consultant, Conversion Analyst and Trainer for Fiserv Lending Solutions. I work on the Fiserv Loanserv Platform in particular. In addition I own a Real Estate Investment business with my wife, Addie entitled SHORT & SHORT PROPERTY INVESTMENTS, LLC, We buy and rent properties in the Denver metro area, mainly to under privelaged renters through the State or County run programs. In addtion, I also manage property for other homeowners as part of my business group. I am looking to expand my business in the future with more investment real estate purchases and more contracts for Property Management. I also own my own catering company, Smoke House Meats BBQ Catering. We specialize in Smoked BBQ meats and our signature item is Caju Smoked Crab Legs! I am also very active in the Omega Psi Psi Fraternity, Denver Chapter and 8th District. I currently hold the office of Chi Phi Chapter (Denver) Keeper of Records and Seal (2005 to Present)as well as the Immediate Past 8th District office of Keeper of Records and Seal(2007-2010) . This position basically entails keeping financial records of each member in the district as well as each chapter. I Liason with the International office as need be, as well as carry out the overall agenda of the 8th District Representative. As I travel for my job, I get the chance in my off time to meet and fellowship with Omega Brothers from all across the United States. Omega Psi Phi is truly the Greatest Fraternity In The World!!!
