I leads SEPAs efforts to provide industry-leading data, analysis, and research products on utilities and solar market development to SEPA members and external stakeholders. I have authored or co-authored many publications related to utility solar and has developed subject matter expertise on topics including grid integration, tax incentives, interconnection, net metering, program design, community solar, and utility business models. Prior to joining SEPA in , I spent seven years with the Minnesota Department of Commerces State Energy Office, where I designed and managed renewable energy programs, projects, and policy initiatives, including Minnesotas first statewide photovoltaic rebate program. I have an MS in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Environmental Biology from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
