Over the past 14 years I have been fortunate enough to work with 3D mechanical and architectural modeling, ERP and CRM solutions, energy distribution, securities trading companies, geographic mapping technologies, and all within the software development industry. I am currently working as an Agile Scrum Master for two teams. As an Agile Methodology advocate, I ensure that the Agile process is adhered to, remove team impediments, organize and moderate planning, retrospective and sprint review meetings, and promote team self-management/self-organization. I also collaborate with five other professionals to organize an annual world-wide furniture exhibition, in conjunction with Boston's New England Home Show.
