As a result, the majority of my clients come to me by referral from other agents and the satisfied buyers and sellers I´ve worked with over the years. Today, my business is roughly 50% buyers and 50% sellers. If you´re a seller, this means I know at kind of buyers are out there now and what they´re looking for. If you´re a buyer, I understand how current market conditions affect the mindset of sellers, and how to write an offer that they´ll accept. I also limit the number of clients I work with at any one time so I can give each of them the best possible service. I´m analytical by nature, and it shows in the way I work. It´s not enough for me to know which houses are on the market - for my clients, I always keep track of what´s selling and why, so I can target my marketing. I´m also committed to writing the best contracts - it´s critical to me that my clients understand exactly what they´re getting into when an offer is accepted. My clients never question my dedication to their best interests.
