A proven leader in the Real Estate industry for nearly 20 years, Steve Rodgers currently serves as President and CEO of the new Real Living Lifestyles real estate franchise. Previous to that, Steve headed up Windermere Exclusive Properties, where, in only two years, he and the outstanding founding partners grew it into one of the largest, most successful and respected residential real estate firms in San Diego County. Prior to taking the reins at Windermere, Steve served as the President and CEO of Prudential California Realty, a division of Berkshire Hathaway affiliate Home Services America. Despite a demanding schedule, Steve contributes generously to both the business and civic communities. In recognition of Steve’s past years of generous efforts, the North San Diego Chamber of Commerce named him Corporate Citizen of the Year in 2009. An accomplished speaker, Steve has shared the stage with a diversity of acclaimed leaders and authors, addressed a group of high-level executives at the Harvard Business School, and participated in a number of other prestigious speaking engagements. Happily married with two grown children, Steve enjoys a number of interests such as traveling, boating, the arts, films, biking, sky diving and white water rafting.
